Come and join me for 90 minutes of Qi Gong Movement, Meditation and Sound Healing at the Neuro Balance Centre in Castle Cary
It's a chance to slow down, lie down and take your attention inwards and tend to your exhaustion.
We will take time to connect to the body. This simple act allows space for a resetting of the nervous system giving us an opportunity to digest what is going on in our lives, release tension and find some inner space.
PLEASE bring a yoga mat, blanket and a cushion/S for your head or knees.

A day of movement , meditation and exploration, a chance to discover support from within yourself.
Where we place our attention is where our energy goes. We will focus our energy on new possibilities and shed old anxieties, fears and thoughts that can keep us stuck and weigh us down.
The day will be a mixture of meditations , movement, Sound healing with Crystal Singing Bowls, and Creative Exploration clearing the way for new beginnings.
