What are they?
The Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls are made of 99.992% pure quartz infused with precious crystals, gemstones and/or minerals. Our entire human body down to our DNA is crystalline in structure, causing it to respond and resonate with the extraordinary frequencies associated with quartz crystal.
They produce pure sine waves that are able to entrain the listener into a relaxing state of mind.
What is a Sound Healing Session?
Sound Healing with the Alchemy Crystal Bowls is an opportunity for the body and mind to let go, relax and find more space within.
The sessions begin with relaxing guided Somatic Meditation which helps ground the body and release tension. As you lie there, you will then be lead on a sound journey bathed in the healing tones of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. They have a frequency which resonate with the cells in the body and enable the brain waves to slow down, moving from beta brainwaves into alpha and theta.
